I would give zero if possible. I told nurse she could not take my blood pressure on my arm because of pain but she did it anyway. I told her to stop because it was painful but she did it again. After she saw the severity of the bruising she got worried and tried putting ice on it becayshe knew she screwed up. I should sue them for this. Including picture of bruising.
