I love Providence manor apartments. I have been here going into my 15th year. Property manager is awesome. Trash is always picked up. The up keeps of the property is always kept up to order. When I ever needed anything repaired, it’s done in a timely manner. I love the fact they have cameras on the outside and inside of the building and flood lights for the safety of the tenants. I’m very happy at Providence Manor

Upon moving out we found black mold in the back of the bedroom closet and reported it immediately to Jenn the property manager. Without seeing it in person she insisted its not mold. Felt physically ill often while living here. They kept the security deposit charging for items that were reported to maintenance who never showed up to fix the damages, like to a wall from when AC leaked.
