Upon moving out we found black mold in the back of the bedroom closet and reported it immediately to Jenn the property manager. Without seeing it in person she insisted its not mold. Felt physically ill often while living here. They kept the security deposit charging for items that were reported to maintenance who never showed up to fix the damages, like to a wall from when AC leaked.
