Another wonderful "Dr Orr" visit at Providence Lynnwood. Very short wait before I was called. After vitals another very short wait for Dr Orr to arrive. Dr Orr was very patient, explained issues well and was not in a hurry. He spent the proper amount of time discussing my health.
No delays, learning my name, remembering my name and saying my name correctly left a good impression on me. In addition, the staff at this Lynnwood facility is so helpful and pleasant that I would highly recommend them. I also noticed that Ty, doctor Leung's MA was very observant of my behavior before I even got to the exam room!!! A+ Ty!!!!
I have been a patient of Dr Shen’s for many years now. She is thorough, actively listens and is compassionate. Her assistants do a great job, are efficient and thorough as well. Thank you all for my continued great care.

I signed up here with a primary care dr. IN DECEMBER 2025, after moving here from California. the first two visits were great, but then she became unavailable for months. I cannot get the PreFE rred consulting doctor to respond to REQUESTS FOR RX refills, since I transferred them from one pharmacy to another.
