Dr.Leung is such an amazing provider in many aspects! He is highly skilled and very knowledgeable in his field. His bedside manners are immaculate and he is great listener. My husband’s health history is very complicated and we were worried switching providers but Dr. Leung proved that we had nothing to worry about! He listened carefully and made good recommendations that helped us in making my husband’s life better. Highly recommend!
Even worse experience than telemedicine , truly incredible achievement in modern medicine
Ironic, posting is sharing. Fist thing while appearing for appointment female behind counter asked me sign agreement. I said, I don't want to share my info. Thought was for PCP Assignment. (Later) Looking threw packet I got. Paper was a share medical info with friends and family. I did not want to share my information. They presented document blank. I have made a big mistake. I don't feel good. No idea who put on these blank spots.
This clinic has been an absolute disappointment. Dr. Thomas Ing and his staff have shown a shocking level of incompetence. They repeatedly failed to properly process a prior authorization for my husband’s treatment — we went back and forth with them for weeks, and they still haven’t submitted what the insurance requires.
