They are always friendly and professional and fast! No added stresses with their team.
Went in, as ordered by my doctor, to get labs done. I went in at 8:30 AM when they opened. My doctor wanted me to fast for over 12 hours before the labs, but since I have diabetes that makes it difficult. I signed into the key pad at 8:30 and waited. At 8:45 2 other people came in and checked in for the lab. By 9:00 both of them were called in and I was skipped. I have a very busy schedule, I left this really stinks to get treated that way.
I got my lads Done a couple weeks agoThe lady poked me no vein she tried again and this time she was Digging for my vein still no blood and it left me a nasty ugly Bruise . Then this other lady comes in and she poked me and found my vein. I will never go back there again .
I have to get my labs done regularly and this is my favorite lab. The staff is professional, friendly and compassionate. Never a long wait. Plus, they find my vein on the first try! Ashley is a Star! Kelley Fields
