Truly the most awful lab I’ve ever been to. The phlebotomists blow my veins with terrible practices (not removing the vacutainer tube from suction before removing the needle) but the last TWO times in a row I went in to have my labs drawn their computers went down and they wouldn’t/couldn’t do labs without a physical copy. Not only would I not trust them to not mess up my results or lose my sample if it was only connected via paper trail, it’s pathetic they’re having this many repeated computer issues. Not sure what the bad reviews are about. Maybe I just got lucky, but I just walked in at 9 am and walked out at 9:15 with all bloodwork done quickly and professionally.
Just as Labcorps at Tanasbourne times and Professionalism had FINALLY begun to be Average for a Lab they Up and LIE to me. I've been going there at least weekly for years with a standing order. Today they said they "no longer do standing orders work, each order MUST have its own order". OK that sounds weird but whatever. The Lady at the desk said "we'll go ahead and take your blood and send it off when we get the order". I have been a patient of this location and going to this lab for over 15 years. Since LabCorp take over wait times have doubled the personal treatment by staff is gone. I was told by my doctor to go get lab work done to arrive be told that lab corp hadn't received the orders, I let them know I am about to see my doctor and I know she wants lab work can I reserve my place in line. I was told this was fine. When I returned 30 minutes later after receiving my hardcopy of my orders I was again told that I was still in line and I... read more
Sat in the waiting room for more than 30 minutes watching people walk in and get served in less than 5 minutes. Also the people at the desk were doing anything but working. Save your time and go anywhere else and I assume they are less than professional with how the front desk people operate.
