Just as Labcorps at Tanasbourne times and Professionalism had FINALLY begun to be Average for a Lab they Up and LIE to me. I've been going there at least weekly for years with a standing order. Today they said they "no longer do standing orders work, each order MUST have its own order". OK that sounds weird but whatever. The Lady at the desk said "we'll go ahead and take your blood and send it off when we get the order". I have been a patient of this location and going to this lab for over 15 years. Since LabCorp take over wait times have doubled the personal treatment by staff is gone. I was told by my doctor to go get lab work done to arrive be told that lab corp hadn't received the orders, I let them know I am about to see my doctor and I know she wants lab work can I reserve my place in line. Sat in the waiting room for more than 30 minutes watching people walk in and get served in less than 5 minutes. Also the people at the desk were doing anything but working. Save your time and go anywhere else and I assume they are less than professional with how the front desk people operate.
I made an appointment, got there about 20 mins earlier than scheduled, and they took me back for my blood draw basically right away, before my scheduled appointment time. The blood draw was done well and quickly, and everyone there was very friendly.
This location needs to get things figured out. 2 separate appointments, 6 months apart I have shown up to a fasting bloodwork appointment just to be told by abrasive staff that “their system is down” and they can’t do any appointments. No apologies, just rude statements telling me and many others to go to any of their other locations. I will not plan on it using this location in the future, even though it is more convenient for me. Save yourself a headache and book your appointments at other locations in the area.
