Strongly suggest making an appointment. The waiting room had several walk ins but the staff does prioritize the ones with appointments.
Checked in, waited 40 minutes without being called. Waited at the desk for another 10 minutes waiting for someone to drift by to help me, but no one did. Someone did walk briskly thru the lab and glanced over but said nothing. I left, never to return again.
Most of the staff at Labcorp Bethany is untrained and least concerned about patient. I went for a blood test with my two boys 18 and 13. For my younger one, only 13, still minor, this person named Zaw, pricked him 5 times to find one vein. Then he took two tubes full of blood, which resulted in my son fainted on the spot. The staff was still not ready to stop from taking the blood until my husband has to call a senior nurse and stop him.
