She's been my therapist/doctor for 3 plus years and if ever a problem, she calls me right back. I would be in the nut house after the lost of my sister. If it wasn't for Andrea Lopez who gave me knowledge and understanding with grief. And for that im forever grateful.
Andrea and her staff are wonderful! Andrea cares about her patients and provides them with the very best care. They’re always responsive no matter what time of day.
I thought I’d finally found a therapist who cared & actually listened but I’m not even sure what to think anymore. I was so happy to have her in my life then she just flipped. What is the point in having a therapist if she cancels practically every session? I understand emergencies happen but I can’t understand why someone would go into the mental health field to help people, yet take on more than they can handle - Scripts are never on time.
