Seriously, the nicest and most caring nurses! And I like that they have separate cubicles instead of a big open room. Update 5/28: I still really like this facility and the nurses here. The billing situation (which is the business office) is really, really bad. If you call the phone number, the message keeps saying the wait is 3-4 minutes, even though it's MUCH longer. While the care team is adequate, the Billing Team FORGOT to bill my insurance before a procedure for $25,000. My insurance denied the payment and Providence Billing has come after me for the money ever since. They have filed a claim against my credit and are refusing to negotiate anything other than total payment on a payment plan. EAT ROCKS PROVIDENCE!!! Total Jerks!!! P.S. - It should be criminal to charge $25,000 for one dose of medicine.
