Providence has provided my oxygen needs for a couple years now. The staff is always very attractive and prompt with my care and oxygen needs.
My Daughter (12) had a terrible fear of needles and a huge amount of anxiety before going in for her infusions. The nurses made us both feel comfortable, encouraged her along the way and made the whole process painless! My Daughter is no longer afraid of needles due to their extra love and care. I can’t say enough good things about our experience here. 5 stars aren’t enough!
Sorry, but it seems like almost every interaction with Providence is a bit difficult. For CPAC supplies, I have to go through some office in Portland. I just ordered filters for my machine. Even a 90-day supply weighs less than one ounce and would easily fit in a #10 envelope. Guess how it arrived? They came in a box large enough to hold a basketball. Trying to call and talk to a person in the Medford sleep disorder clinic seems impossible. Also, I have caught them billing my insurance for something on a day/week when there ... read more
