Had a visit to this urgent care clinic today. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Wait time was minimal and my injury was addressed with care. Highly recommend this clinic if needed.
My rooster punctured my leg and got me in the ankle in a bundle of nerves which made my entire leg tingle and the most excruciating pain I’ve felt- I could not walk and the pain was 10/10. They gave me a round of antibiotics and really pushed the tetanus vaccine because I hadn’t had it in a while. The doctor was very bubbly and nice and friendly, until I asked if I can clean it to prevent tetanus and she said “that’s cute”. I want to share an absolute nightmare experience. My father fell and dislocated his shoulder. Bloody knees and bloody bump on his head. They used AI to take pictures and tell us what we already know. They didn’t even attempt to put it back into place. Just referred us to emergency. I asked if they can help the bloody knees they said it’s not a priority and they are short staffed. Horrible service. I will reserve my true thoughts on the ppl and how that urgent care is run. Absolutely horrible.
