I have had an ongoing billing dispute with The Hotel Telluride for the last 3 months. I was wrongly billed $4998.65 and have gotten zero follow up or engagement from the management group of The Hotel Telluride. I am pursuing a refund via small claims court. I am very disappointed with the response from the managers of The Hotel Telluride and I have reached out directly to Providence Hospitality Partners.
Review of Winter Park Mountain Lodge which is operated by Providence….. Overall property - total neglect on the part of managers/owners. No investment in upkeep of property or rooms. It looked like they’d fired the maintenance staff ten years ago.
