I called & was BLESSED with the sweetest woman on the other end. I was starring at my PT orders and had no clue what to even ask. I’ve never broken a bone and was overwhelmed trying to start something new. Sarah stayed on the phone with me for 15 minutes answering every single question I had and walked me through details on what to expect when starting PT. I feel SO much lighter knowing that even their customer service is helpful, patient, and extremely kind. Also, give Sarah a raise. She deserves it.
