First time here at this laundromat in Union City nice clean the lighting is excellent. Feel very safe and the attendant she was so nice and helpful.

The receptionist named Rosa is very rude. We arrived early and she never even acknowledge us. She was on the phone and seemed to be doing it on purpose.
I went to register early for a procedure and I had forgotten my orders I called my doctor and then the receptionist told me she'd check to make sure it was received. After waiting over an hour,I proceeded to ask. She went to check and then informed a lady working about it.The lady said it was too late and she was leaving. The receptionist came with fax in hand and blatantly lied to me She said the fax was received late and they close at 5pm. I looked at fax and it was received at 4:03.
