Been in the house for 2 years now here at Keighly Place and every year our paver driveway has sunk after a hard rain here in Mesa. The have been out twice to fix the driveway in the same exact spot but are unable to fix it. It just started doing it again and they refuse to fix it as they say it is beyond the warranty. I never had an issue with my William Lyon Home paver driveway house I had for 12 years prior. Obviously there is an underlying issue that needs to be resolved and they will not take ownership of it.
