If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Providence Home Medical in Salem was absolutely unacceptable. I was prescribed a BiPAP breathing machine and was told I’d be receiving the AirCurve 11, but Providence delivered the older AirCurve 10 model instead. When I asked for clarification and support, I was met with defensive, dismissive responses and no accountability for their mistake. Horrible service. Waited months for a return phone call then they closed my order request when I missed their phone call. Buy online and never use this office!
Just another example of how Insurance companies and medical providers are failing the citizens of Salem. Don't have an appointment, don't bother, a minute late for cpap machine repair "ONLY FROM 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM", to bad, come back next day. Salem has more providers, I highly suggest moving on.
I had an appointment for a mask fitting today. Brian greeted me, and Kris did my fitting. Both were exceptionally polite and professional, and I especially appreciated Kris' attention to detail, knowledge of the different products, and thoughtfulness in really listening to my needs and experiences to ensure that I got just what I needed. I left with my new mask, and am now about to enjoy what I anticipate will be an excellent night's sleep.
