Providence Home Medical Equipment is not a very good place to get Cpap equipment from, & they are located on 64TH & Halsey Street. PROVIDENCE ST. VINCENT'S PAVILION BUILDING IS A BETTER PLACE TO GET CPAP EQUIPMENT FROM BECAUSE THEY HAVE A LOT MORE SUPPLIES TO CHOOSE FROM, LIKE MASKS, NOSE PLUGS, ETC., their equipment DOESN'T SOUND LIKE A HELICOPTER IS FLYING AROUND MY HEAD. However, though I do have mild sleep apnea, I cannot use my TRADITIONAL Cpap machine. It spits & sputters water up my nose, I end up choking on the water... read more

Horrible experience multiple times over. They lost my papers for cpap therapy. I was deemed urgent, yet it took months to receive my equipment. I called them tend of times and multiple departments literally lied about the status of my case, saying my insursnce wasnt covering the supplies. It turned out the head of the respiratory department had lost my paperwork. They were simply cover their butts and lying. It gets worse. when re-ordering some supplies, the person taking the order said they didn't have access to any prices, so was unable to tell me what they were going to charge. Since this comes out of my deductible first, that's an important number! How can they recommend, order and purchase items for me, but not know any of the prices? After ordering, I was sent a bill for $400 when I could have saved money ordering almost anywhere else

They make unannounced visits without prior notice. The initial delivery took place during our absence from town. Afterwards, I arranged a delivery for a specific day, but they arrived on a day I explicitly stated as unavailable. (Oxygen delivery). Their scheduling and delivery process is highly inefficient and understaffed, making it difficult to work with. I strongly advise against using their services!

I have had great luck with the automated system and have only had to call in twice. Every time has been exceptional. Thank you Zach for the latest help! Top notch!
