They make unannounced visits without prior notice. The initial delivery took place during our absence from town. Afterwards, I arranged a delivery for a specific day, but they arrived on a day I explicitly stated as unavailable. (Oxygen delivery). Their scheduling and delivery process is highly inefficient and understaffed, making it difficult to work with. I strongly advise against using their services!
I have had great luck with the automated system and have only had to call in twice. Every time has been exceptional. Thank you Zach for the latest help! Top notch!
I needed an electric hospital bed. I couldn't believe the relict they delivered. The mattress is about 3 or 4 inches thick. The mattress slips off the bed frame. It is the most miserable bed I have ever slept on The bed frame looks like something from 40 or 50 Yeatlrd ago. I was a home health nurse so cared for many, many patients who had hospital beds in their home. Never have I seen such a miserable bed like this . I am going to contact Providence Health Plan and suggest they deny payment.
Phone calls not returned when seeking to make an appointment. Seem understaffed. Sad service. Hope this can change for the better.
I have worked with Providence HME for years and had no problems. As soon as I got a new machine my replacement supplies have been incorrect. For example the wrong water tank was sent I have a right side tank and they sent me a left side tank for an older model after I asked over and over that I have a new machine. If the customer service representative doesn’t know say it. I am happy to wait while you ask someone and get it right the first time then rather than trying to catch someone on the phone during their business hours... read more
