Rob and Providence were so informative. When we started this process we didn't know anything about buying a home or homeownership but Rob walked us through the entire process and never made us feel stupid or uneducated. They are amazing. We were buying our first house using a different lender, but two days before the financial commitment our other bank fell through due to me working two part time jobs. We are so thankful to providence and chip for helping us. We closed on the house two weeks later then originally planned but we got the house. They were so willing to help us and work with us we appreciate everything they did for us.

Rob is professional, friendly, informative, and a great communicator! He always got back to us quickly and made himself available at all times. He goes above and beyond what We expected! Even two months after our close he follows up to make sure everything is fine and to see if we have any questions or concerns! We were originally with another lending agency before we were introduced to Rob. So glad we were introduced to Rob. He even got us a much lower rate! Will recommend and refer!!😊
