RecommendedI’ve been a resident of Providence Hill Apartments for years. Couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. And the property managers are hands down THE BEST there is.
Have lived at Providence Court for about a year and a half now and have loved every second of it! The apartments are in great shape, the staff is super responsive to any issues, and very understanding! I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon and highly recommend this place!
I have been living here for 7 months now, and I honestly couldn't be happier. The office staff is extremely kind and helpful, the very few maintenance issues I've had were responded to quickly. Most importantly, I have felt safe here. It is well maintained, well lit, and I love having a designated parking space in front of my door.
The management team and maintenance workers are absolutely amazing! I have lived here for several years and am very happy to call this place home. I highly recommend Providence Hill Apartments and DBC Rentals!
They changed my view on management company. Every service request was done very timely and perfectly. Very nice team members. Definitely best management company in town!
My husband and I have lived here for 3 years. We absolutely love it! The units are spacious and maintenance is quick to respond if you are having any problems. No complaints - great experience!
My brother and I really enjoyed our time living at Providence Court (DBC Rentals)! We were there for several years, and the management and maintenance crew are top notch. Whenever we had issues, DBC was responsive and attentive and often had the issue fixed that same day. I highly recommend DBC as it as great location in southwest Columbia, the apartments and town homes are nice, it's a safe area, and the staff and management truly care about you!
I lived at Providence Court for 3 years and can't speak highly enough of the team at DBC! I've lived in several apartments in town and this was by far and away my favorite and the best experience. They are extremely attentive to their tenants, friendly, and overall it was a great experience living in the community.
