Years ago my uncle was a resident, it was great. No issues. He enjoyed it , until my parents came and got him. Staff friendly and food was good.
My grandparents and a couple other family members have had the pleasure of living at Horizon House the past few years. The apartments and dementia units all look spick and span. The staff are always friendly and inviting upon walking through the doors. They provide so many fun activities for the residence, including a Senior Prom! My grandparents have lived at Horizon House for several years now, and it's such a comfort to see that they're always well taken care of. I visit when I can, but it's nice to know the staff are always there to help and the other residents are good company. Thanks, Horizon House!
I just posted this review on Google maps. "As a Resident. I will say this facility is Corrupt to the core of care. The Administrator Thersa Gleason is a dictator of self-imposed rules, not Providence Guide Lines. I filed a complaint against staff and was served an eviction notice. The Nurse Jessica violated Hippa by contacting my Doctor and talking the Doctor into canceling orders the doctor agreed to with me. I was never contacted. If you have a service dog.
