Went in at 8 am for a sore throat. Was examined and tested for strep (positive). Prescription was sent and I was out the door by 8:31. Friendly and professional staff from front desk to Doctor. Medicare covered everything. Never had a bad experience here.
Doctor Hana Kim misdiagnosed me as having the flu (even though I had a negative test result). She did a very poor physical exam. I ended up in the ER the very next day and they quickly diagnosed me as having a severe case of pneumonia and a kidney infection. After I was discharged from the hospital, I called Providence Urgent Care Manhattan Beach to let them know about their incorrect diagnosis.
