Honestly, if I could give this hospital zero stars I would. You can change the name a billion times, this hospital will forever suck! This hospital should honestly just close down. It’s a waste of space and a waste of money.
Emergency Room nurse with blonde hair is the worst! This is what she did to my arm. Just to get blood a set up an IV. She jingled and manipulated it to the point that my arm swell up! Then she decided to put it where it should have gone in the first place. As you can see I have prominent veins. If you go in emergency and see a blonde ( possibly the lead nurse) sitting down which is what she did even when putting in the IV and taking blood. Ask for someone else! She did me dirty. This may take up to a year to go away😒😢

I was at this hospital yesterday. I was so impressed by the level of customer care just caring by the entire staff from the person who greeted me when they came in to all the wonderful people the great doctor Kelly Harris to the wonderful person who rolled me to the laboratory For bloodwork to the wonderful person who drew the blood, she did an outstanding job. It was a very positive experience. There were no bad attitudes which you see in many places I would recommend this place to anybody
MUSC Farrow Rd was an excellent experience for our family yesterday. A family member was having a back surgery,outpatient procedure . The welcome desk employees, hospitality was just a natural for both of them .The check in attendant showed us where the bathroom, cafes were, and family waiting room. We loved the breakfast from the kitchen staff which were amazing grits, delicious hash browns, scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits.
