My experience with the hospital was a nightmare!! They are very unorganized, and don't tell the truth in patient notes! A few of the staff on the 3rd floor were great but once moved to 2nd floor it was a nightmare! Floating nurses that never answered the phones, clueless about patients care prior to them taking a shift! Excuses & lies about treatment & procedures. I would not recommend this facility for elderly patients at all! 1 full week of exhaustion & headaches!
The staff is wonderful with children. Very prompt, honest, kind, and helpful. Special shoutout to Nurse Jillian for her pragmatism. My appreciation to the whole staff!
My experience was fine. Front desk was cool kind and not rude. The patient registration lady was cool. From the nurses to the Provider. I had Dr.Philbeck. Either way the whole care team was nice and friendly. My only issue so far is the process of making sure the hospital recieves and updates my insurance. At the time I forgot my insurance card in my car unfortunately. PLEASE EVERYONE, even if you update your insurance through the MyChart app the registration still won’t see it automatically.
