Very professional and love my doctor!
I scheduled my appointment for 8:15, checked in online the night before, arrived before my appointment time and still had to wait for 30 minutes to be seen. Once I saw the NP, I was in the room for about 5 minutes before they agreed I needed to see a physical therapist. I initially requested a referral via myChart, but was told I needed to be seen first. Complete waste of time. I thought Providence was better than others, but I’m coming to the realization that HealthCare in the US is just a broken system.
