This place is more depressing than the VA, which is sad because it's the only authorized urgent care in Missoula. I come in and there's a wait, sure not expecting anything different. I watched someone else walk in and scoff at the wait time. They ended up leaving early. After they left the front desk girls started talking crap about them, which was weird for me to listen to. Great staff got us checked in fast, especially for our first time. My daughter felt miserable too, but they got us in to see a Great doctor! He was very compassionate and understanding, felt like we were regulars. Thank you for taking us after Community walk in sent us to you and made sure we got help we needed. ❤️ Missoula Health Care 💯
I'm very glad I chose to come here. I was having some heart related scares and needed some testing whilst I was in between insurances to make sure I was okay. They left no stone unturned and their services are affordable and they are willing to work with payments on top of it. My nurse was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me very well. Thank you!
I was checked in less that 2 minutes from walking through the door. I sat in the waiting room for no more than 5 minutes. I noticed people were being called in quickly and out just as quick. This clinic was very professional, addressed all of my concerns. I would highly recommend this clinic, and will return to it for quality, professional care.
