Receptionist is incredibly rude and blew me off. I was told I needed emergency surgery for gallbladder removal and receptionist acted like I was inconveniencing her. It's been 2 weeks now and they still haven't scheduled anything after receptionist blew me off after ER visit. Taking my business elsewhere. Don't expect them to take care of you in a timely manner or be professional, you will be disappointed.
Highly recommend Sarah Lawson in General Surgery.
I have really enjoyed my first appointment with Joshua Wicks. He did not rush me out of the exam room and he was very thorough with my check up and sharing information with me and explaining procedures. The office staff were also very knd and helpful . The XRay tech was very efficient , friendly and helpful as well. And was careful to not cause any undue pain to my already painful knees !! I love this place
