Appoint ment at 10:30 it’s 11:30 im still sitting in a room with 3 kids under 6 they are never on time but let you miss the appointment they want 25 dollars why do I always have to wait a hour plus witg an appointment time why not schedule me when yall can see me instead of having me wait over an hour to see someone

I walked out after almost 2 hours of wait. My appointment was at 10:15. The person who came in after, her appointment was at 10:45. This lady was already walking to her car. How is it possible for them to skip someone!! Don't waste your time....over an hour wait. They shouldn't be making appointments if there not going to be seen till an hour later. They need to be considerate of people's time. I was here just for lab results. It's ridiculous

Every time I come here, I have to wait for more than 2-3 hours. Even if you don't see other patients, you still have to wait so long. I don't know why the doctor is so slow

DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. My mom has been a patient at Providence General Medicine for years and just recently started coming to this location since we moved. This location is TERRIBLE to say the least. She sees Dr. Rosalia Vasquez and every time she has an appointment they TAKE HOURS to even get her in a room.
