Long waiting time, always, but great doctor visit with Dr. Ruben García all the time. I love the time he takes to explain the results of the exams and procedures. I feel like a patient, not just another person waiting in a queue to be seen.
Never ever ever ever answers the phone
Wait may be long but Dr Ramirez and his Nurse Practitioner Balderrama are great to answer any questions I may have. Whenever I send messages my questions are answered with reply’s from doctor or medical assistants.
Wait time was a little long but the doctors and staff is AMAZING. Will definitely recommend
TENET has ruined what was once the best Gastroenterology Association in El Paso. I'm sure that doctors Tune and Carp are horrified about what happened to the beautiful practice that they built. Ever since it was taken over by Providence/Tenet, this place is atrocious, it is the worst. Corporate bigwigs won't even allow a television in the waiting room! No posters or paintings on the walls.
