Beautiful Apartment complex the apartment I had here was amazing, the leasing agent made the application and move in process so easy I was able to move in within 2 days! Even the front desk was always so helpful, and they make everything so convenient for their tenants, like delivering packages to my door for me!
Full Service and High End Beautiful property with great concierge, on-site garage parking and valet, great restaurants right in the building, and central location. Maintenance is really quick to respond to any issues and amenities and common spaces are cleaned throughout the day.
Too Noisy for me The entertainment on the Rooftop at ProvidenceG makes for noisy, sleepless late nights for me. If you intend to schedule a tour at 100 Dorrance Street, I highly encourage you to do so during the operating hours of the Rooftop at ProvidenceG, particularly between the hours of 10pm to 1:30am, Friday and Saturday evenings.
