I called Providence Foot & Ankle to schedule a first time appt. They did not answer for 2 straight days. Rang busy most of the time. When I was finally able - I left a voice mail message. They called me back the next business day after I was able to leave a msg. However, the when I explained the trouble I had been having ("I called 6 times..." - was going to say on Tuesday and another 8 times on Wednesday, but she never let me get another word out of my mouth).
