A special thank you to Wendy Rodriguez and her staff at Providence Family Medicine today for making our family and especially our children feel welcome. My husband and I were already patients of hers but this was the first time for our children to be seen in the office. Our youngest was so nervous coming in today and Wendy personally came out into the waiting room to calm him. It was such a pleasant experience for them and they are both asking when they can go back to be seen again!
I was a loyal patient for years and got treated rudely and like crap by Annette Minter, She didn't listen to anything I said and didn't look at my chart to know anything. I asked to see Wingfield who is my normal doctor after she was so rude and got denied so yes I was irate. I will NEVER go back.
