Me and my family have been patients for many years. We all love Dr. Law and the rest of the doctors. I’ve never had a problem getting refills for my scripts but it did take some getting use to not being able to get through at lunch. That wasn’t always the case but I guess it’s necessary given the number of patients they see throughout the day.
Dr Law is a great Doctor. However the front desk and staff is very unhelpful. They are closed from noon to two and won't help with anything other than making appointments. They refuse to take messages even though they are physically on site. You cannot leave messages for the doctors or doctors assistants or nurses via email or voice mail. If you call in a prescription they will refuse to give the info to the doctor unless you provide the exact dosage amounts.
