I read reviews about the doctors being wonderful and the staff being rude. The moment Wendy picked up the phone she was rude. Terrible phone skills. I wanted help for my son. When she stated it would take three weeks to get an appointment with this office I asked for a suggestion or option for quick help and she would not even answer. She laughed when I mentioned the reviews. I informed her that my son is a student and I am not in that location to help him. She did not care.
