After a frustrating attempt a few days earlier to contact my physician, I happened to be at Providence for a blood draw and saw her getting off the elevator as I was getting on. She recognized me, and we had a brief discussion. After hearing my needs she took me to the appointment desk and got an appointment with her THAT DAY!! The appointment itself was what I needed, and I could tell she had done some research on my situation. Dr. Kelsch is the best!
