I have been unable to contact this group. The number online appears wrong or are the messages hold is full. My PCP left this organization and have been trying to contact a PA that took over Dr. Cucdej's patents
Dr. Chudej and the staff are always the best. They take care of us every time. He spends the time to make sure your comfortable and understand. They make us feel at ease and welcomed. So sad to hear they're closing. Truly a necessity for the West area. Hope to continue on as a patient with him and our children wherever he goes.
Dr Chudej is very professional and down to earth making it feel more relaxed and comfortable. The ladies up front are very nice. Even the phlebotomist was kind and quick. Highly recommend this facility
