I needed a new PCP immediately. My Blue Cross Blue shield assigned me a PCP that no longer exists. I called a similar clinic here in town and I spoke to Ashley. Ashley had a wonderful and thoughtful answer for every question I had. She didn't rush me she didn't dismiss my questions. Ashley actually listened to me! The nurses are very rude & im thinking of making a formal complaint due to elderly abuse ,why send Urgent medication prescription to an online delivery pharmacy that take over 2 weeks to deliver after asking doctor to send the script to a local pharmacy illness could get worse without the meds she need to take asap..makes no sense

Doctor Michael A Loden is the type of person I like to refer to as biased and unprofessional. He threatened to contact local law enforcement just for me being there for a family member and if we’re talking legally, no crime would’ve been committed so therefore that is he is unprofessional and biased, he is using something that happened over 15 years ago and something that no longer has any real relevance as justification and I’m not going to let something like that slide. Dr bailey is phenomenal, but tell me why his nurse was beyond disrespectful !! Have never been so irritated . My husband was trying to get his medication and The Nurse told my husband that he would have to make an appointment, which isn’t an issue, very understandable . The thing that ticked me off is that he gave her a concern and she said “ wasn’t her problem and this wouldn't be an issue if he actually made yearly examines “ the fact that it’s okay to talk to someone like this in the medical field is crazy !
