I came in with flu symptoms and was tested for the flu. I did not have the flu but that doesn’t get rid of the fact that I have not held down any food or water for two days and cannot drink water without puking. I was serviced by a physicians ASSISTANT, not a real doctor, who told me to “go home and drink smaller portions.” When I asked for medicine besides pepto (which I have been puking up), I was denied. We are here now the receptionist is super rude and the doctor is looking me up and down very uncomfortable
This is a new express Care quietly hidden next to Michael’s in the Target strip mall in Wasilla. I wasn’t feeling well and I just couldn’t take it anymore, so, I ended up choosing this facility because quite literally it was the only place open besides the ER. I am so glad that I did. The staff was so friendly and caring and my needs were addressed in full. I even received a follow up call on my way home. As far as urgent care needs go, this just raised the bar for me. Great job.
