I thought she was careful and offered me the Covid test. Because of my age I was hoping she would have suggested an antibiotic, so we could prevent a secondary infection. But she explained that they don’t recommend an antibiotic for what she thinks is just a cold. My colds usually turn into pneumonia. I guess I wait ad see! My appointment was good and I thought she was very professional.
Allowed me @ 6am to book an 8am appointment to be seen. Showed up at 7:55am to find a note taped to the door.. “Closed Sorry for the inconvenience”… then had to drive all the way up to Prov Grant Creek Urgent care to find 11 people ahead of me. Thanks for wasting our time, DELAYING our care, and keeping the Missoula status-quo (we’re open whenever we feel like being open) alive. That’s sarcasm. It's a shame they charge so much. I work for Providence and carry their insurance was billed over $300 for a quick visit re: ear pain. I will be using anybody but Providence for my healthcare needs.
Poor services. It was a nightmare trying to deal with this place. They gave me incorrect paperwork multiple times. So I had to drive all over town with an injured neck to run paperwork around that wasn’t even correct. They actually FORGOT I was in their waiting room at one point and I waited over an hour and a half for a replacement of said paperwork. Now I’m getting bills that should have gone to workman’s comp and they lost all of my info in regards to the claim! Unreal how bad this experience was. If there was a zero star... read more
