Poor services. It was a nightmare trying to deal with this place. They gave me incorrect paperwork multiple times. So I had to drive all over town with an injured neck to run paperwork around that wasn’t even correct. They actually FORGOT I was in their waiting room at one point and I waited over an hour and a half for a replacement of said paperwork. Now I’m getting bills that should have gone to workman’s comp and they lost all of my info in regards to the claim! Unreal how bad this experience was. If there was a zero star... read more

BEWARE!! While Providence is in-network, the provider/doctor may be OUT-OF-NETWORK with BCBS Montana Medicare Advantage. This means that the expected $0 copay becomes a surprise $75, depending on your plan. THERE IS NO WARNING FROM PERSONNEL ABOUT THE DOCTOR POSSIBLY BEING OUT-OF-NETWORK.
I didn't realize you need to schedule an appointment to be seen here. The door says ExpressCare. Isn't that the point? If I wanted to schedule an appointment I would've called my primary provider, but I'm at a walk-in clinic because my son and I haven't felt well for several days and it's time to see someone. When I told the receptionist my son and I would like to be seen, she said she would need to check because they might be able to see only one of us. The waiting room was empty.
