While I got right in, I waited in the clinic awhile even tho it seemed empty. The PA did not know what my rash was from, told me to go to the ED if it got any worse, and to go to Walmart and buy an antihistamine and apercream with lidocaine. What a lack of knowledge and waste of time.
I walked in with my sick son and was treated like garbage. I asked when the next available walk in appointment was and the nurse said she didn’t have time to look and to call a number to find out. Every question she asked me she cut me off with a rude response before I could even begin to answer the question. I understand if you’re busy and that we were a walk in, but a tiny bit of customer service and kindness would have been nice. I’m never going there again. Extremely rude. We were treated like we were an inconvenience. They’re short staffed and full of attitude. We turned around and walked out after the interaction with the lady at the front desk.
Probably the nicest people I've dealt with on my road to recovery and no judgement
The paper on the outside says they take walkins. However, the guy behind the desk looks shocked that there's a human there, and he says they art by appointment only. So which is it?
