The front desk staff were unprofessional (laughed at me having a anxiety attack)to the extent we left and saught medical care elsewhere. It's also extremely dirty and didn't smell clean for a hospital standard or urgent care. So efficient ...both women...and really knew what they were doing and corrected everything that needed it. Both showed empathy also..I needed it at the time.
Rediculas. I tested positive for COVID. A prescription was called in. Pharmacy didn't carry. Went back in , doctor gave me a hand written prescription. Took to my local Walmart. After waiting 30 minutes I was told the doctor didn't sign it. They couldn't fill it. They made a ergent call to doctor office. 4 hours later still haven't heard back from doctors office. I called myself. And was told nothing they could but send a message to a provider. Big help. NOT. Still have to prescription for my COVID. How can a doctor not sign... read more
