My appointment was very fast and easy!
The only words to describe this clinic are “utterly incompetent”. Like previous reviews have noted this clinic has repeatedly submitted samples for lab testing in the wrong container, thus voiding the tests without informing the patients. To add to that they do not return calls. I have never left a negative review anywhere but I felt compelled to for my experience here. I went in for extreme fatigue, dizziness, and lightheadedness. They drew blood for a CBC to check my iron levels and said results would be in the next day. Almost a week later, I didn't hear anything so I called and they said "the lab wasn't able to run my blood for some reason." I would not recommend going here. The MA who got us checked in was dismissive and rude and made a shitty comment about how she was put out by squeezing us in. Not only that, but she attempted to peel off hot glue that was adhered to my child’s skin — no vitals, no gloves, no bedside manners.
I went in on Friday the lady that cheated me in made me feel like I should have not had came in for my blurry eye. I am a Diabetic so I was scared. And my primary care doctor told me to go in. I have never felt so uncomfortable as I did there
