Came in for a rash and was seen quickly, I was in there for less then 30 minutes which was pretty impressive.
One of the best experiences I have had with providence. The front desk person working 8/18 in the evening was incredibly helpful, kind and supportive in trying to resolve the issue I had.
Very nice facility..the man at check in was extremely efficient and nice..he also took my BP and screened med update questions..The doctor, Candace, was friendly and at ease checking my injured rt eye from one of our cats jumping on my face while zooming...she sent my pharm an antibiotic script which was ready for me when I arrived...before I left their office my bp was reckd and had lowered & dropped 15 pts..I would return to this med care if needed in the future plus I wl share my experience with my friends..keep up the pr... read more
This hospital is a joke. Waited 6+ hours for them to tell me they cant help me!!
The nurse and doctor were both very kind from the moment we walked in. They seemed to genuinely care about us getting the best care at the best price. They even warned me before the appt that if XYZ was wrong that they would not be able to treat it outside the ER. This gave me the chance to save on my copay if I thought my toddler was going to need that treatment. I stayed and they were so kind and patient with my sick little one.
