Punctual, knowledgeable, caring professionals... Not giving 5 stars because of the healthcare system chaos not because of this agency
I love this place!! You book appointments online for same day care, so you dont have to wait in a crowded waiting room. Then you are seen promptly when you arrive at your appointments time. I have been taking my kids to this location for several years now and it makes life so much easier. My kids pediatrician cant always get my children in same day if they are sick, but this place can. Super helpful and kind.
This office is always aware of time and care. And I appreciate both!
customer service skills are terrible. they are extremely inconsiderate, and unable to communicate with humans effectively and efficiently when conflicts occur. if you want to question your sanity at the front desk then this is a great option for you.
