Wonderful caring staff! Kind and knowledgeable, quick and effective service ! My kids and I use this location when we have an urgent medical issue and the staff is always extremely helpful!
I brought my daughter in on this last Thursday (the 23rd.) she tested positive for the flu and strep. The provider recommended with how low her vitals were to take her to the ER for fluids. Turns out, she had septic shock and was admitted to the picu in Seattle. I am forever thankful for this wonderful doctor who essentially saved my child’s life. 10/10 recommend this express care.
They try their best but it really is EXPRESS care and i was brushed off a bit about my symptoms because the next person was waiting
After several years of using the Providence Express Care in Lake Stevens, Wa. My husband went in to get checked out for possible bronchitis. The person admitting him (Who we have never seen before) told him they don’t take UHC (Apple Health) so he needed to pay the $170 to be seen. He said he would just go to his Dr at Providence in Snohomish, Wa and she told him that they don’t take it there either! He called his Dr and they said of course we still take your insurance! UPDATE as of 8/2024: This walk-in clinic ( I am sorry they are not a walk-in they are "Express Care" as I was so rudely corrected) and the one on Broadway are an absolute nightmare. The two women that have been working at these clinics for the last three years since Angela left have some of the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced in my 45 years of life.
