Arrived at Express care on the date and time of my scheduled appointment to find a handwritten note that the clinic was closed all day. They made zero attempts to notify me that my appointment would be cancelled or rescheduled. Terrible communication
Went to this place and it clearly STATES CLOSES AT 8PM. I ARRIVED AT 5:30; THEY CLOSE AT 6!
I've been here twice in the last few months for various reasons. Made an appointment online (simple), as soon as I checked in. I was seen by doctor. Don't go to ER. This clinic is superior and saves a lot of time. Very nice and efficient.
Their hours are posted both online and on their door as 8am to 8pm. Got there at 6:50pm with severe back pain and they had a closed sign on their door, right above the one that said 8am to 8pm. Luckily the Indigo Urgent Care down the street was still open and I got excellent care there.
