served by medical staffs at clinic was easy, fast, caring, bioethics friendly.
they got us in last minute and they were kind, professional, and thorough. My son had a potential concussion after soccer. I have no complaints. Every time I’ve been here they have been kind and helpful. When I had a Covid a few years back they went above and beyond then, too.
For the past six months, this clinic has been threatening to send me to collections over a bill I was never properly informed about. I was told the clinic accepts my insurance, but at no point was I made aware that the specific provider I saw was out-of-network. In my experience, urgent care clinics typically list the insurance plans they accept—not the network status of individual providers. Garbage facility, dont waste your time. I attempted to make an appointment online Saturday for the following day. My appointment was confirmed but sadly they called me an hour before the appointment on Sunday and said it was canceled. No explanation as to why and they wanted me to reschedule for a later day or just go somewhere else. Obviously if I'm making an appointment with urgent care, it urgent.
