The staff here was friendly enough. No one was rude of me or overly lethargic. There was only one person at the counter and it seemed like there was only one provider who was a nurse practitioner who was seeing patients. This location is odd as it's basically not an urgent care facility where you can come and wait in line. But it's an Express Care where you have to make appointments ahead of time even on the day of. The receptionist had the door locked with a sign on the door. I had to wait outside until she opened the door. She asked me some questions but was very defensive with me saying I diverged her question. Then she stated wait till I get your room ready. She made me so uncomfortable I left and went some place else. She was rather mean in nature which really made me want to leave.

I've gone here in the past, and they messed up my prescriptions the first time. I went in today after I told the scheduler I had two issues. The receptionist, gina, was quite rude and told me they could only look at one issue. She glanced at my cat bites and said that looks like a scratch. She was equally rude in the exam room and it took her four times to get my blood pressure which was extremely high by then so I don't know if it was correct. I have been here 4 times in the last year. Very easy to schedule your visits online. Open late and all 4 visits I was brought back immediately upon check-in. Staff is great. Knowledgeable and professional yet down to earth. Strongly recommend!
