You're reading the reviews. I'm running the other way. I expected to read these sad reviews. It's used about people that hate Providence specifically. I had a feeling this urgent care was poor and did not have the compassion. I expected this kind of reviews fifteen reviews with unacceptable behavior by providence unbelievable
I took my daughter here about 6 months ago. The experience was so horrible, my family and I will not be going back. The MA (tall lady, not sure her name) was very impatient with us. Karla the PA then came in. She was condescending . Rude. VERY bizarre acting. Prior to this experience we had gone to this location for years and haven’t had any issues. Now I drive out of my way to go to another urgent care so I don’t have to risk dealing with these people who obviously hate people.

They don’t have a doctor working. No machines for anything. Not sure what the PAs Carla problem is. Didn’t even introduce herself when she came in. Very dismissive of my symptoms like she didn’t believe me when clearly she can tell I am sick. I know what I have, I have been living with it for the last 2 weeks. It’s uncomfortable in there. It’s hot and muggy. Do NOT go here. Seeing almost every complaint about this place is her, why is she there? Don’t go here if you want to be actually be treated.
