I don’t know what’s happening to St. Jude’s or this Urgent care. Use to be stellar service. Urgent care rep acted like she couldn’t care less about my call or helpful on request. 8 hours in ER for horrible back pain couldn’t sit or stand 8 hours didn’t help me. I felt for them understaffed and crowded but that’s a Management issue. Come on St. Jude’s ever since Providence took over billing and service prep is a nightmare. Many are talking. I loved this Hospital hope it turns around

My husband had an eye infection (he thought was a spider bite) and was sent there from an earlier appt.scheduled at the Brea office. They were kind enough to call and tell us they could not deal with his issue and they suggested we go to the Fullerton Center when they opened. There were five people in line and we were taken in fairly quickly; it was very organized.
