Fantastic experience! The online scheduling was a breeze, and I was able to reserve an appt 20 minutes out- impressive! The staff were professional, efficient and friendly- rare these days! The appointment was for my elderly mother who has dementia, and it couldn’t have gone better. They carefully listened to our questions and fully explained the procedure and gave suggestions on further care. They are extremely respectful and caring. Many thanks!!

Caring, professional staff that have always taken care of my medical needs. I tell everybody about these folks.
I have taken my children to be seen here multiple times and we are always taken care of with compassion and understanding. Today we saw Kim with an assist from Myrna and both women made my son feel comfortable and safe.
Providers and Staff are great! The downside is that if you know or think you might need X-rays you'll need to get them at the Chase building. Otherwise you'll need to go to Urgent Care on 2nd and see ANOTHER provider for the same thing so they can order the X-Rays (apparently they are considered 3rd party? per the receptionist at the Urgent Care on 2nd St.) In my opinion I consider this as double billing for the same service just to get the X-Rays a Providence Provider ordered from a different clinic/location that says "Prov... read more
