10/10 would highly recommend. Clean facility, amazing and helpful medical professionals. They were so caring, I felt like a person not just another patient like you sometimes feel at other facilities. I definitely have found my new place for medical care. Thank you!!!
Tried twice to visit urgent care this afternoon. Door was locked and no one was sitting at receptionist desk. Tried twice. Door locked. Then called to see if they would be open tomorrow and I am told they are open Now. I explained that I had checked twice and foor was locked. Whatever is going on they should show that they are closed. Do not recommend!!!
Very good. Cleaned and sanitized still taking Covid protocol safely even tho it’s no restriction but cases are going up. I had a earwax clogged and they’re fast service. Good customer service very nice and friendly nice meeting you guys again will come back if my ears get clogged again. Do not remove earwax at home get a professional to do it :)
Great experience with a COVID diagnosis. Jennifer Park, PA and the rest of the staff were courteous and devoted to finding out my diagnosis with the symptoms that I had. The office is immaculate and my overall experience was amazing (even with having COVID lol). Thank you to Jennifer and the staff at Providence ExpressCare Cerritos.
