I had an appointment today July 15, 2022 at 2:00 pm, at the ExpressCare clinic in Brea, I arrived 20 minutes early I waited ...and At 2:00 pm I was placed in a room to wait for a practitioner not a doctor, after 30 minutes waiting I though they forgot about me so I opened the door to find out what was going on... the receptionist told me she was going to ask the practitioner how much longer I have to wait five minutes later the receptionist told me the practitioner was on a conference call and can't not be interrupted. I was very impressed with the professionalism from the tech at the front desk and Graham Danyleyko. They were extremely nice. Graham took the time to explain everything related to my infection. Wow, we need more people like them in business and world. Awesome job!
