I went to this location and there was literally nothing there. It was a strip mall with a lot of other shops but no express Care.
APPOINTMENT ONLY. Had an emergency, they wouldn't see me because I didn't have an appt. When I walked in, I saw a nurse, and was turned away. She said "sorry, we're appointment only," then asked me what my issue was, I thought she was asking so she could maybe work me in based on the severity. I told her what my issue was, even though it was very personal, and she responded with "sorry" again. Unnecessary embarrassment for me on top of a long, painful night driving around trying to get treatment.
Open until 8? I got there at 5 to 7:00 and there was a sign that said "Next available appointment is at 8am tomorrow." That's not urgent care. It should say "By appointment only." I drove 10 miles there and 10 miles home, for nothing.
Okay, I haven’t even had my appointment yet, but I’m happy that I decided to come here. I didn’t realize that you needed to make appointments because I’m dumb and didn’t check, so as I was creating one, Hollie (i hope i remembered the correct spelling of her name!) assisted me. Hollie was incredibly kind, attentive, easy to talk to, and I felt that I was finally being heard. I have no doubt that my appointment will go smoothly and it’s thanks to her.
